Sick of Being Sick

Tired of being tired?

We've been changing our diets around a bit lately in the effort to fix niggly problems. For me, I'd like to ultimately know the cause of my chronic headache- it's been ten years now- and to lose some weight. And keep it off. So far, the losing weight has been fairly good and fairly effortless. Although I have seemed to hit my plateau a lot sooner than I hoped I would. So naturally I would then move on to doing some more exercise- get up in the morning and do some aerobics. But it's like a soon as we think of doing something like exercise or going away for a weekend getaway or organise a friends get together, we get sick. Or rather the kids and I get sick. My hubby seems to finally have his immune system pretty good. Mine seems to have gone down the gurgler, especially if it relates to digestion. Which in my theory, screws my headache up.

So I'm currently sick again on a day that I'd planned a nice trip to the park with friends with the kids, clean the house, do some shopping and some cooking and look forward to having friends over tonight. Thankfully my father in law took the kids off my hands for a while, allowing me to hopefully recover. I'm still waiting for my stomach to stop churning.

It still bugs me though that I was almost better off eating whatever I wanted. Just hoping it's a phase and part of my body getting healthier. I'd really like to be well and not too tired to start exercising and dropping another 10kg.
